How apple cider vinegar helped my hair grow

After reading many blogs and articles online about apple cider vinegar being beneficial in so many ways, from losing weight to clearing acne, one January morning I decided to give it a go myself. And I started completely unprepared because one morning, I had ran out of my lemon and ginger water I usually have in the fridge so to wake me up that morning I took 8 oz of water poured 1 tsp of ACV, added a dash of cinnamon and 1 tsp of honey.

I used honey because it was my first time and I didn't want to get a heartburn from all the acidity of the acv. And I drank it all in one go. It was acid, but it wasn't completely horrible. I should mention that I use raw apple cider vinegar with the mother, my favorite brand is Madhava (no affiliation or product promotion), just a brand of raw apple cider vinegar that I like and consume.

By day 3 or 4 I got used to its taste and the acidity, and had no trouble drinking a full glass in just a few seconds. I did it, and still do it, first thing in the morning, before breakfast, before any other food such as fruit or veggie is eaten.

I after about two months or so I didn't notice any significant weight loss as many others have claimed, but what I did notice is that my bloatness was almost gone, my metabolism improved, my sugar cravings were almost nonexistent, although it's worth mentioning that I also stopped consuming foods with added sugar in (more on that in another article), and the most noticeable benefit for me personally is, my hair stopped falling i.e., acv promoted healthier hair and growth.

At first I was wondering how my hair grew so fast over the winter, and how I haven't noticed so much hair in the shower lately and how when I brush it I don't pull a ball of hair from my hair brush, and how my hair was shiny and smooth, and that's when it hit me! It was the apple cider vinegar, it has to be it!

I believe the benefits of drinking raw apple cider vinegar are countless, if you haven't tried it yet, give it a go, you may like it or you may not, and whichever one it is, it's alright.
