Springing forward to Spring

Aah spring! Fresh air, a bit of sunshine, morning dew, new grass smell...

Now that February is counting its last days, everybody is looking forward to spring, and summer of course. Spring brings new life, new hope, everything wakes up from the cold winter days, I personally love it. There is nothing more beautiful than waking up in the morning, opening a window and smelling the fresh spring air. There is something magical about spring.

People get new energy, get inspired to do things, hell, even going to work in the spring is easier than in the winter or fall. So, naturally, with the season itself comes the yearly ritual for a lot of people - the spring cleaning. If you are an organized person you're efficient and kudos to you, but if you, like me, are not so organized and are wondering where to start, go around your house in every room and make a quick evaluation, what, if anything needs immediate attention and what can wait.

For some the starting point is the kitchen, for others the basement or attic, or a bedroom. Find your start and make a plan to go thru one space per day, if you can, of course, dedicate more time to that space for a thorough cleaning.

As far as cleaning products go, surely many people want to use the most natural and safest possible ingredients and one of them as we know is vinegar. Me personally that's what I use, vinegar and water in a spray bottle, it's one of the best and safest cleaners with multipurpose for homes where there are children and pets but also for any home really.

For tougher stains baking soda is used such as on ovens, stoves, and stainless steel sinks.

If you find yourself wanting or needing to use a product that will really clean and deodorize your home, there are plenty of products that live up to the hype. Here are just a few, that I have used as well and found to be effective.
